Interviewing item girl Rakhi Sawant can be exciting but being interviewed by her can be intimidating. That’s exactly what Gulshan Grover felt when he realised that Sawant was going to grill him one-on-one in a chat show.

It is heard that Gulshan Grover’s interview was scheduled to be as the first episode for the show. Grover arrived on the set well before time, but when the camera was about to roll, he chickened out. Says a source,

Everything was ready. Suddenly, Grover said that he didn’t want to shoot. A few minutes after that, he walked out.

Grover knew that he was going to be interviewed by Rakhi but we got a distinct feeling that he felt uncomfortable after he saw her.

Grover admits that he refused to shoot with Sawant but says that he was not intimidated by her. He claims that he had a valid reason for his refusal.

Tulip Joshi was supposed to join me. After I waited for 30-40 minutes, some production guy informed me that Tulip was not coming.

So, I decided not to go ahead with the shoot. The concept of Arrested is that Rakhi will interview a male and female together.

Since Tulip was not shooting with me in the same frame, the whole concept had fallen through. The latest I know is that I will be shooting with Rakhi and some other girl will now come in place of Tulip.
