Singh said she had named state Home Secretary Afzal Amanullah, Senior Superintendent of Police (Patna) Kundan Krishnan, District Magistrate B Rajendra and the officer-in-charge of Gandhi Maidan Police Station in the case for allowing Sawant’s “obscene presentation”.
Sawant had been in the news recently when she had accused Mika of forcibly kissing her at his birthday party.
