Exposing before the camera is no big deal for Rakhi Sawant, but the actress seems to have crossed her own boundaries on her latest chat show Gajab Desh Ki Ajab Kahaniyaan on Imagine TV.
Rakhi’s an expert at packaging and selling the brand called Rakhi and she’s well aware that provocative attire is a prerequisite of the total package.
Her dress designer has been given very specific instructions by the star about the degree of skin-show required and buzz is that Rakhi has been exposing plenty on her show. Even after warnings from the channel to tone her attire down, she hasn’t bothered to toe the line. Sources from the set reveal that as the show is progressing her dresses are getting shorter and more revealing.
The channel has been getting a lot of complaints about the vulgarity of her outfits, but Rakhi couldn’t care less. Her line of thought: “If Pamela Anderson could do it, why can’t I?”
Actor Anil Kapoor may be deep into a Hollywood career (he’s back after playing a role opposite Tom Cruise in the latest Mission Impossible 4 and has completed the current season of the action series 24) but he hasn’t forgotten his filmi jhatkas from the days of yore.
Anil showed he was still a mover and a shaker when he was invited as a guest judge for the grand finale of the talent hunt show Entertainment Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega 4.
The final episode, screened on Sunday on Sony Entertainment Television, showed the 51-year-old Slumdog Millionaire actor break into his typical jig to the popular number My name is Lakhan from his early movie Ram Lakhan, much to the delight of the audience and judges Farah Khan and Anu Malik.
