Bollywood’s controversial item girl, Rakhi Sawant is experiencing a huge dent in her pocket. Any guesses why? Following on from the first teaser release of ‘Chikni Chameli’, unlike the rest of the world, Rakhi isn’t too impressed with Katrina Kaif’s dance moves.
Here’s why, ‘I think ‘Chikni Chameli’ is a good song. Katrina has danced very well but it’s not something new. I have already done all this before. You can watch all my songs, I have already done that. It seems Katrina really likes me, it’s alright if someone wants to follow me and dance.’ Rakhi said.
Ever since ‘Munni Badnam Hui’ and ‘Sheila Ki Jawani’ become huge hits, Rakhi has been feeling tremendously insecure with herself. To make matters worse, her rival Mallika Sherawat was also bagging a few of her own item songs.
It’s fair to say, Rakhi knows all the moves and has the attitude to deliver a successful item song, but today’s filmmakers are keen to take on leading ladies like, Katrina Kaif, Kareena Kapoor and Deepika Padukone as item girls.
