Bollywood ‘item girl’ Rakhi Sawant, recently involved in a row with pop singer Mika, has landed in trouble with a criminal complaint about an “obscene” performance by her being filed in a court here.

Advocate Sruti Singh filed the complaint in Chief Judicial Magistrate Sushma Sinha’s court on Nov 1 but it is yet to be taken cognizance of.

In her complaint, Singh alleged Rakhi Sawant with making an “obscene” presentation while performing on stage here on October 28. She alleged the performance violated the Indecent Representation of Women (Prevention) Act of 1985 and the domestic violence law for women that came into effect from October 27. Item girl Rakhi Sawant is diehard fan of Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav and said she loves his lifestyle, rustic Hindi and body language.

“Laluji is my favourite leader, I love him, he is the best leader I know,” Rakhi Sawant told media persons in Patna before her dance show on Sunday.
