Looking rather prim and proper (read: no cleavage show) was Rakhi Sawant with her bespectacled look at the JW Marriott on Tuesday night.

She was looking through her glasses at the passionate performance of the dancing couple — Shannon Benjamin and Dr Priti Gupta — as they showed off their moves and grooves of the samba, rumba, cha cha cha and jive.

It was their last dance before flying off to Macau for the Indoor Asian Games where they would compete with other dancing couples from 45 countries. The marriage took place in 2004, soon after she shot her music video Pardesia with T-Series. The man in question had financed that video to a large extent, and if sources are to be believed, his name is Ashraf.

Rakhi Sawant is upset with Karan Grover and Kavita Kaushik - her fellow contestants on TV dance show Nach Baliye 3, as they did an act based on her unpleasant kissing controversy with singer Mika.

Rakhi went visibly pale when Karan and Kavita started their jig on STAR Plus’ competition. She said that if they had warned her, she would have stayed backstage.
